Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover conditions described in section 6 of these Terms have been fully met. Withdrawal attempts made before the rollover is complete will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance; only the user's real deposit balance will be released.

To convert your bonus balance into real, withdrawable funds, you must complete a 1x rollover on the bonus amount received. Bets counting toward the rollover must have minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Cancelled bets, bets on markets with early cashout taken before settlement, and opposing bets (systematic hedging) do not count toward the rollover.
The welcome bonus and its rollover requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted. After expiry, any unconverted bonus balance is automatically removed from the account and cannot be reactivated.
